For me, self-care has been a long journey of self-discovery that began at an early age while growing up in India. India is land of many things, Ayurveda, Yoga, Vegetarianism, Spirituality to name a few. Growing up there has taught me the importance of real food, real ingredients and real people.

I believe self-care is an integral part of everyday life.

I created Evoke Naturals from a deep appreciation of natural values and a desire to share the importance of personal growth—making it attainable for as many people as possible.
