Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination. Your selected shipping speed applies once the parcel has been packed and picked up by the carrier. Please allow for extra shipping days over holidays, as delays can be experienced.
We offer free shipping for domestic orders above $100. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. The free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be mailed. This excludes weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we are only shipping to the U.S. but we hope to ship internationally in the near future.
LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered.
If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.
Before placing an order, please make sure your shipping address is correct and that your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left.
If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen when shipped to your address, please contact us before placing your order and we can request a confirmation signature for delivery. Additional fees may apply.
